Supporting Documentation - Status and Schedule (updated 6/1/11)

There are several items of Supporting Documentation for the 2009 NHTS that have not yet been posted on the Web. This is a list of those items along with a status update of when they will be available.

Household Members File - Interviewed or Not

A separate downloadable file is being prepared to show the characteristics of all household members, whether interviewed for NHTS or not. The file will contain 6 characteristics for each household member: age, driver status, relationship to household respondent, sex, worker status and interview status (interviewed for travel day or not.). The Household Members file will be posted on the NHTS website and available for download in June.

Weighting Report

A description of the weighting process is contained in Chapter 5 of the 2009 NHTS User's Guide. The Weighting Report will provide additional detail on the weighting process. This document will be posted in June.
