What is the Users Guide?

The User's Guide includes descriptions of the survey procedures and methodology used for the 1995 NPTS, the questionnaire, the public use data files, and the weighting procedures for 1995 NPTS data. Appendices provide sample tables, SAS Proc Contents Listings, data file code books, glossary of NPTS terms, a copy of the 1995 NPTS questionnaire, discussion of estimating sampling errors, and additional background information.
