Up-to-date information on NPTS such as data, documentation, publications, analysis tools, and news can be found at the NPTS web site.

Are you still confused about some issue?

Our best advice is to consult the Users Guide. Try a keyword search. Be sure you are familiar with the survey instrument and codebook.

Also, review the CourseWare Table of Contents for modules and sections that address your issue.

Is there something in the CourseWare isn't working right?

If something in the CourseWare isn't working correctly, please send an email describing the problem to NPTS User Services. You can expect a response within one or two working days. If you don't get a response, or if the response is not satisfactory, please send one more email to User Services.
